Does Your Toothpaste Have a Warning Label?
Why not use a tooth polish that contains no harmful, health=impairing chemicals. There is a tooth polish that is FDA approved and is an organic active, antibacterial, and antimicrobial product. I'm sure there are many others on the market.
Nearly 20% of us suffer from painful ulcers. Recent research suggests that Sodium Laurel Sulfate may be one of the causes of this. It is a detergent found in 99/% of all toothpastes.
Please check the labels on your toothpaste. You may be surprised at what it says.

Women's Health
From experience, I know that despite repeated visits to the gynecologist or other health professional, there is not always a desirable outcome to all of the prescriptions recommended to fix problems. Taking of all these prescriptions can cause health problems too. We need to be advocates for own health. We can’t know all the answers but there are some alternatives that can really help our bodies with healing.
A major thing that we often avoid has to do with our Ph levels. By eating the proper foods or using supplements like Ph drops we can really lower our chances of getting diseases. Our bodies do no work well in an acidic environment so it's important to watch what we eat and drink. Avocados, greens, and tomatoes are just a few of the things you should be eating to help bring your body into a basic/alkaline Ph. I will go more into this later and mention more of the foods that you should be eating.

XLPharmacy Canada News Blogs: House Of Numbers
I was struck by your article about HIV/Aids. It does seem that at this point there would already be better ways to treat and prevent aids. But... I do have to tell you that I have come across a natural product which has been tested and even has a patent. I don't claim that it cures but I believe it can have a big impact on someone who is having to endure the ravages that HIV/AIDs can have on the body. I'm amazed that the word has not gotten out concerning this product and the hope it gives.

Improved Health by the Choices You Make
- Drink plenty of water - Even if you can't achieve 8 glasses of water a day, constantly strive to add water to your diet. It is easier for some then others so don't beat yourself up about it, just keep on trying.
- Begin to make low glycemic choices in your diet. If you don't know what foods are low glycemic, just do a search online and you will easily find them.
- Find a good multivitamin to take every day.
- Do not skip meals to lose weight. All you will succeed in doing is slowing down your metabolic rate and it won't help you to lose weight if that is your goal.
- Exercise several times a week for at least 20 minutes.
- Be careful of the types of sweeteners that you put into your body. Artificial sweeteners are just that, artificial and your body recognizes them as just that. Sweetening your food and drinks with natural products are so much better for your body. Before putting anything artificial into your body, I suggest that you do an extensive research on the internet. Do your homework.
- Be careful of what is in your personal care products. Remember, the skin is the largest organ of your body. There are many ingredients in skin care products that are unhealthy. Most skin care products contain many harmful ingredients. Here are some just to name a few: Propylene Glycol, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Mineral Oil, and many more.
- Find ways to avoid stress or learn to deal with stress. It will take a major toll on your health.
